We sell skincare and related products. We make every effort to display products and descriptions accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment is processed in US Dollars (USD) through our payment provider, Square, at the exchange rate applied at checkout. The USD amount to be charged is shown before you complete payment. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion or fees, which are outside our control. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before fulfilling an affected order.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Payments are processed securely by Square. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

All site content — text, design, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to Zatara Care and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Zatara Care is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for faulty goods. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
