Where we ship

Zatara Care ships across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC region: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [CONFIRM: e.g. 1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of ordering. Customs clearance for GCC orders outside the UAE may add time beyond our control.

Duties and taxes (GCC outside UAE)

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details at the email used at checkout.
